This Indexing Name Search - Indexed Entries Web page appears after clicking Display on the Name Directory Display Web page. Use this Web page to view a list of indexed entries associated with the name(s) selected on the previous Web page. As shown in the example Web page above, each entry (using the General index type search criteria) shows whether an image is available, the party code, date recorded (date filed), kind, remarks (description), book, page, original book, and original page. Select an entry or entries to view further information.
Whenever "Not Verified" or "Incomplete" displays under the date in the date recorded column, then that instrument has not been fully verified by the local government office.
If needed, view your search criteria at the top of the Web page.
Select or clear the check box(es) under the "Select" column. By selecting the check box(es), indexed instruments associated with the selected entries will display on the next Web page.
Click Display or press ENTER.
Indexed Instrument Display Web page displays the instrument information associated with the selected entries.
