Advanced Name Directory Display

Refer to General Buttons, Name Search Buttons, and Navigation Buttons.

This Indexing Name Search - Name Directory Display Web page appears after clicking Search on the Indexing Advanced Name Search Menu Web page. Use this Web page to view a list of names that met the search criteria. The number shown under the "Hits" column reflects the number of occurrences that name is found within the Resolution Search System. Select a name entry or entries to view further information.

Note that the number of entries matching the search criteria for this advanced search option is considerably less than the number of entries matching the search criteria for the simple name search option. Refer to the Simple Name Directory Display Web page. The reason for this is that additional search criteria was included (index type of General and kind of Deed) in this advanced search option which found fewer matching names.

  1. If needed, view your search criteria at the top of the Web page.

  2. Select or clear the check box(es) under the "Select" column. By selecting the check box(es), indexed entries associated with the selected name(s) will display on the next Web page.

  3. If needed in the Records per page box, type the number of entries (records) you want displayed on a Web page. If the number of records that are found exceeds this number, scroll bars and navigation buttons will appear on the next Web page.

  4. Click Display or press ENTER.

  5. Indexed Entries Web page appears listing all indexed entries associated with the selected names.
