This Indexing Date Range Search - Indexed Entries Web page appears after giving search criteria on the Indexing Date Range Search Menu Web page. Use this Web page to view a list of indexed entries filed within the date range entered on the previous Web page. For a General index type, each entry shows whether an image is available, the date recorded (filed), kind, scan pages, remarks (description), book, page, original book, original page, party one names, party two names. Select an entry or entries to view further information.
Whenever "Not Verified" or "Incomplete" displays under the date in the date recorded column, then that instrument has not been fully verified by the local government office.
If needed, view your search criteria at the top of the Web page.
Select or clear the check box(es) under the "Select" column. By selecting the check box(es), indexed instrument entries associated with the selected entries will display on the next Web page.
Click Display or press ENTER.
Indexed Instrument Display Web page displays the instrument information associated with the selected entries.
