Date Range Search Menu

Refer to General Buttons.

This Indexing Date Range Search Menu Web page appears after clicking Date Range on the Home Web page. Use this Web page to enter your search criteria.

1. If needed, click to list the indexes and range of file dates per index on the Dates Available for Search Web page. Refer to Dates Available for Search for an example of a Dates Available for Search Web page from a Simple Name Search.

2. In the Index Type box, click the scroll arrow then click the index type.

3. In the Date Filed From box, type the beginning date (mm/dd/yyyy format) when instruments were filed.

4. In the Thru box, type the ending date (mm/dd/yyyy format) when instruments were filed.

5. If needed in the Instruments per page box, type the number of entries (instruments) you want displayed on a Web page. If the number of instruments (that meet the search criteria) exceeds this number, scroll bars and navigation buttons will appear on the next Web page.

6. Click Search or press ENTER.

7. Indexed Entries Web page appears listing all entries that match the entered search criteria.
