To view this help file, click Help from the Home Web page. Click Contents, Index, or Search depending on how you want to work with the help file.
Contents. Allows you to reference a Table of Contents to navigate through the help file. The Table of Contents appears in the left window of the screen. Help books are displayed within the Table of Contents and reflect the search options from the Home Web page. Double-click the help books to open them. Help pages are then displayed and reflect the Web pages associated with the search options. Click a help page to view the corresponding topic in the right window of the screen.
Index. Allows you to reference an Index to navigate through the help file. The Index appears in the left window of the screen. Type a keyword from the Index or click a keyword from the keyword list. Click Display to view the corresponding topic in the right window of the screen. If more than one topic exists for a keyword, click the topic from the Topics Found list then click Display.
Search. Allows you to enter search keywords to navigate through the help file. The Search selection window appears in the left window of the screen. Type a keyword (or keyword phrase) and click List Topics. Topics containing the search keyword or phrase will be displayed. Click the topic then click Display to view the corresponding topic in the right window of the screen.
Once a topic appears in the right window of your screen, use the Table of Contents, Index, or Search windows to display other topics. Within the topics, click hyperlinks to link to other related topics.
Icons display in the top window. You may click these icons to 1) hide the left window (Contents, Index, Search), 2) display the previous topic, 3) display the next topic, or 3) print the topic.
